This is a free and voluntary service that can help your family learn about:
- Having a healthy pregnancy and birth
- Connecting with your baby
- How to help your child grow and develop
- Gaining confidence and knowledge as a parent
- Breastfeeding, food and healthy nutrition
- Taking care of yourself while caring for your family
- Other services available to you and your child in your community
